.... Forscan team sent me a new test version of 2.3.41 which is now implememted.....
+ Service function CCM "Calibrate Cruise Control Sensors" for:
Escape 2020+ model year
Fiesta 2017+ model year
Kuga 2020+ model year
Lincoln Corsair 2020+ model year

Do you have a version that also supports focus?

I connected both Fiesta mk8 and Focus mk4 up to Forscan the facilty was available on both. Whereas it wasn't before. But never actually tried to calibrate it.
That said others on the forum said it was implemented in previous versions but again have no way of confirming that.

Strange, but for me, both 2.3.4 and 2.4.3 versions have this option. But neither of them seem to run successfully.
I have just sent some logs to the FORScan support, so hopefully they will be able to assist. I will keep you posted.

I installed the CCM module, haven't replaced the steering wheel buttons yet, but I don't think they are necessary to run ACC.
I have mistakes.

B1433: 54-AF (Forward Looking Sensor
Alignment: Missing
Calibration)

B1432: 78-AF (Forward Looking Sensor
Vertical Alignment: Alignment
or Adjustment Incorrect)

Additionally, there is a message on the IPC:
Front sensor not positioned/set .

I tried to set the radar vertically,
errors cannot be deleted, they are always there.
I use forscan for calibration...

Firstly is it def the correct CCM for the car you have, have a look at others of same model/year, then download vin from Motorcraft.com/asbuilt, compare the part numbers of yours against the others to ensure module part number and calibration is correct using asbuilt explorer or similar. If not update firmware to suit. If correct, remove front bumper, check all wiring then ensure car is perfectly level, next using small spirit level adjust CCM until its also perfectly level, then replace bumper and try to re calibrate sensor using Forscan on a straight flat stretch of road. Assume you have re programmed your vin in hexadecimal format to the CCM?
If it still fails then either the module is faulty or maybe Forscan not yet suitable on your model. (You would have to ask the Forscan team about this)

P/N JX7T- 9G768-AC
Strategy. JX7T-14D049-AC
VIN is OK.

IPC - front sensor not aligned

I compared my asbuilt with other cars and it looks like it's ok.
I have been adding BLIS recently and everything works fine, so I guess it's ok.
I will compare my settings with a car that differs from my Blis and ACC
All modules are the same, exept ACC...
JX7T- 9G768-AD
JX7T-14D049-AD
I think this is only a newer version of my module.

Yes they do seem to be as they should be, you say you added the CCM yourself, so assume you didnt have 1 to start with, this strange as most 18 onward Focus come with this already, least in the uk.
However from my experience of retrofitting to mk8 Fiesta same platform. I ran 4 cables to the IMPA on the windscreen, 12v+ and - and a twisted pair for the signal. The original IMPA also had to be replaced with one ending CE as the original does not do ACC, then it has to be reprogrammed and calibrated using Forscan, has all of this been done 1st? The forward looking sensor allignment could be the IMPA, ehich would make sense as thats what i got after adding the CCM.
You are also correct about the steering switch, it isn't strictly needed as will work without, but won't be able to change distance without using Forscan.
If all thats ok then, i'm at a loss as to why it won't work in theory it should (unless faulty) There is another guy on here who does this mod regularly, if you do a search on forum, thinks its Kuga476? Or something like that, he may be able to help.

I changed IPMA to the -Cx series to get AHB.
asbuilt settings changed, afer that for PCA is responsible only radar fusion and IPMA is only responsible for TSR and LA.
After changing the IPMA from -Gx to -Cx I had to calibrate the IPMA.
After adding CCM, traffic sign recognition and LA work fine.
I have only problem with calibration CCM module.

You think I need to recalibrate the IPMA first after asbuilt changes and after adding CCM?

Can You colleagues who installed the ccm module can check the vertical_align parameter in forscan
My colleague's factory-installed ccm module: vertical_align = -0.20 °

my installed ccm
vertical_align = 1.70 °

does the adjusting screw under the ccm module affect this parameter when setting perpendicularly?

Screw under CCM adjusts up and down movement, car has to be 100% level before adjustment, there is no side to side adjustment on Focus bracket its fixed, up and down only, not sure how you got those settings unless using a protractor?
Bare in mind a slight incorrect adjustment at car end makes a big difference at 5m or so.
You would have to ask Forscan team if CCM calibration is possible or not, it should be.
Fortunately my CCM that i retrofitted on mk8 Fiesta didnt need calibrating, The Focus mk4 titanium already has coth CH IMPA and CCM installed in the uk. So programming only needed, i too have enabled DA, TSR and AHB not tested yet though but accepted new config and no DTCs.
