I read in another topic that you calibrated the radar mechanically - vertical alignment.
Can you specify the value of the vertical_align parameter?

If you read back previous replies, i already specified the recommended Ford CCM calibration procedure, there is no parameter value to give.
If you've done all of this and it still wont work then you've got to start afresh as somethings not right.
As stated check all wiring, check components maybe faulty, have you tried friends CCM on your car or vice a versa? If hes willing to risk it! if all ok then you may have to go to a dealer for calibration using IDS.
Alas as I've previously discovered despite doing everything by the book, sometimes they just don't work, so you either keep at it, throwing more money hoping it will eventually work or give up!

Look at this(although it's for lift mk3 it may help, use google translater)

Yes Thats exactly the same procedure i described in my previous replies and is as per the factory manual be it in russian.
Once the manual adjustments are completed it relies on the electronic calibration to complete the process.
Its this that i don't think is happening.

Hey tombalt,

Where do you see this vertical_align parameter?
I am struggling with my CCM calibration (though I get only the "missing calibration" DTC) and most probably it's that my manual module alignment is still not perfect...
But I am interested in this alignment parameter, as I haven't seen it before.

Also, for me, the process failed on FORScan side too, in the beginning, a few times, so I reached out to them, and they provided an upgraded test version which seems to work now. The process completes this way, but the DTC reappear which most probably means something is still preventing my CCM to work, and the module doesn't provide any information on that.

BTW I have a 2018 mk4 Focus that didn't have this module by default.

Can You colleagues who installed the ccm module can check the vertical_align parameter in forscan
My colleague's factory-installed ccm module: vertical_align = -0.20 °

my installed ccm
vertical_align = 1.70 °

does the adjusting screw under the ccm module affect this parameter when setting perpendicularly?

Here is one for F150 which has a differently shaped module, but the procedure is very similar.

After connecting the UCDS, the CCM calibration did not start, it was necessary to upload the car configuration to the Ford servers and start the IDS calibration procedure grom ETIS.
The radar is working. ACC works great, iACC doesn't work - I don't have navigation.

I’m following this thread since day one. I want to retrofit my focus MK4 as well. I have nav, -CH IPMA, normal CC.
So after installing the C-CM and the programming with Forscan, I then have to calibrate the C-CM with IDS? UCDS is not working as I understand you right?

UCDS did not work for me, maybe for you it will be ok. I had to use IDS.
