2015 F150 defaults to KPH

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford F-150, I live in the United States. I was told that the truck originally came from Canada and it default back to kilometers per hour. I took the truck back to the dealership, the dealership couldn't fix it, so they got in touch with Ford engineers and Ford said the vehicle is working appropriately for a Canadian truck even though it is in the US. Is there any way to use the forscan to set miles per hour as the default or do I have to replace the whole instrument cluster? Please help if you can?

I have many times, but it is possible I over looked something so I'll look again. I was hoping the dealership would have been able to sort it out but no luck.
